Terms of Sale:

​

1. All sales are on a first come, first serve basis in cash or PayPal for the *exact* amount due.

2. Deposits will be accepted on a case by case basis.  Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel.

3. I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.

4. All rabbits are healthy at time of pick up.  I will never knowingly sell an ill rabbit.

5. All rabbits have a 24 hour return time.  If you are for any reason not happy with your new rabbit, return it to me in Glenville, WV for a purchase price only refund.  Transportation, feed, vet, feed, cage, or other monies spent are NOT reimbursed under any circumstances.  I reserve the right to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances as I see fit.

6. All rabbits will have a tattoo in their *left* ear before leaving.

7. Pets do not come with a pedigree.  Any pedigrees for brood/show prospects are not to be altered.

8. Rabbitry is a closed to the public.  All rabbits will need to be picked up in Glenville, WV unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.

9. Transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

10. Prices will vary and may change unless a deposit or pick up date has been agreed upon.
